How does per-order pricing work?

You pay a fixed rate for each order processed through Optivery based on your monthly volume tier. At the end of each month, we calculate your total orders and bill accordingly. For example, if you're on the Medium tier (€0.08/order) and process 15,000 orders, your monthly bill would be €1,200. This gives you predictability while only paying for what you actually use.

Which tier is right for me?

Choose your tier based on your average monthly order volume: Small (up to 3,000 orders), Medium (up to 30,000 orders), or Enterprise (30,000+ orders). Consider your peak months and growth projections. If you're close to a tier boundary, we recommend choosing the higher tier for headroom. Our pricing calculator can help you estimate costs based on your specific volume.

How is my monthly bill calculated?

Your bill is calculated by multiplying your total monthly orders by your tier's per-order rate. If you have Optivery Prio enabled, priority orders are charged at €0.40 per order in addition to your base Dynamic rate. All orders are counted regardless of order value or complexity. Billing occurs monthly in arrears based on actual usage.

What is Optivery Prio and do I need it?

Optivery Prio is our priority handling add-on that allows you to offer premium expedited fulfillment to customers. It's perfect if you want to monetize your warehouse capacity by charging customers more for faster service. You don't need it for basic delivery promises - that's included in Optivery Dynamic. Add Prio when you're ready to generate additional revenue from priority orders.

What are nodes?

A node represents a warehouse location or fulfillment center connected to Optivery. If you fulfill orders from multiple warehouses or store locations, each location counts as one node. The Small tier includes 1 node, Medium supports up to 5 nodes, and Enterprise supports unlimited nodes for complex multi-location operations.

What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?

We'll proactively reach out when you approach your tier limit to discuss upgrading. We never interrupt your service. If you occasionally exceed your limit, we'll work with you to find the right solution - whether that's upgrading to the next tier or arranging custom pricing for your specific needs. Our goal is to support your growth, not penalize it.

Can I change tiers later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you access to higher order limits and additional nodes. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. We recommend reviewing your tier quarterly to ensure it aligns with your current order volumes.

Can I add Optivery Prio later?

Absolutely! You can enable Optivery Prio at any time on any tier. Many customers start with just Optivery Dynamic to establish accurate delivery promises, then add Prio once they're ready to monetize priority fulfillment. There's no long-term commitment - you can enable or disable Prio based on your business needs.

How long does implementation take?

Most customers are up and running within 2-3 weeks. Our implementation team works closely with you to ensure smooth integration with your existing systems. Enterprise customers with complex multi-location setups may require 3-4 weeks for full deployment.

What WMS systems do you integrate with?

We support all major WMS platforms including Manhattan Associates, Oracle WMS, SAP, NetSuite, Fishbowl, Ongoing WMS, Bitlog WMS, and many others. We also offer custom integration development for specialized systems. All tiers include standard WMS integrations.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees for Small and Medium tiers. Enterprise customers receive custom implementation support, and setup costs are discussed during the sales process based on your specific integration requirements.

Do you offer API access?
